Kohar Totebag

Introducing KOHAR / GOHAR! (Koh-hawr/ Go-hawr)
Kohar means JEWEL. Isn’t that beautiful? It is also my aunt’s name (my mom’s sister) who’s one of the strongest women I know and has been a second mom to me. My daughter Sosse’s middle name is Kohar in honor of her.
The background pattern is inspired from a photo I saw of the top part of a clergymen’s crosier (kavazan), covered in jewels from Armenia, made in the year 1052.
I drew this with pencil and ink and colored it with Copic professional artist’s markers. The background and Kohar are hand drawn separately and arranged digitally on Photoshop.
All seams and stress points are double-stitched for durability. The rugged and durable fabric is versatile enough for the market, office or wherever your adventures take you.
Sturdy 1″ wide cotton wedding strap for maximum shoulder comfort.
Features artwork on both sides: full figure on one side, zoomed in on the other side.
