I have since had a few procedures that I documented over on my Instagram (and the impromptu art I made while in the hospital) and have offered few updates since.

In the last few months of 2021 I felt my auto-immune disorder’s symptoms have creep up and it has reminded me most importantly that I still will always need and should, prioritize my health. So, I am committing myself to a healthy lifestyle for 2022 by doing the following to start:

2. Touch paint at least 5 minutes per day. My amazing mentor, Annameika Hopps Davidson, urged me to touch paint or art for at least 5 minutes per day. I shared with her in a recent session how stressed I was feeling with the uncontrollable things happening between my husband getting COVID in the middle of the most busy and demanding week our other business Code 3 Life had seen yet. Stress in response suppresses my creativity, and I’m sure I’m not the only one but this exercise changed my whole mindset in less than just a few days! These are not resolutions, and they are not recommendations for other as everyone’s health journey is very different but these are what I feel are necessary for me to operate at my best.
