The remaining balance will be due February 15, 2027. You will receive an email with the link to pay 48 hours before. If you register by October 4th, you will receive a $200 discount coupon (in your registration confirmation email), which can be applied to the balance in February. Don’t worry, we will remind and instruct you when it’s time!

  • A vibrant Yerevan city tour with a visit to a local art store
  • A private tour of the intimate Aguletsi Museum, a house-museum rich in Armenian cultural heritage, with dedicated time to draw and paint, followed by a traditional Armenian welcome dinner at the museum
  • Megerian Carpet Factory, where you can experience Armenia’s storied weaving tradition, with lunch on site
  • A day trip to Gyumri, Armenia’s character-filled cultural and artistic second city, known for its distinctive tuff-stone architecture, with a tour of the Aslamazyan Sisters Museum, a hidden-gem house-museum celebrating the sisters’ vivid, impressionistic legacy
  • Khor Virab, the historic monastery framed by breathtaking views of Mount Ararat
  • The lush, forested city of Dilijan, followed by an Armenian cheese experience
  • Noravank, a remarkable medieval monastery nestled among dramatic red-rock cliffs
  • The sun-drenched Areni wine region, celebrated for its ancient winemaking heritage, with wine tasting
  • Garni, home to Armenia’s striking classical pagan temple above the Azat Gorge
  • Geghard, the awe-inspiring UNESCO-listed monastery carved into the surrounding rock

  • Single occupancy: $4,895 per person
  • Early-bird discount: $200 off for registrations completed by October 4 at midnight PST

  • Public registration opens October 2

  • Deposit: $1,000 non-refundable, due at registration
  • Balance: Remaining balance due by the end of February 2027
  • Cancellations: Only emergency cancellations will be accepted, and each will be reviewed case-by-case

A gentle note on the deposit: because our group is small and every spot is planned for, the $1,000 deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure your heart is fully set on coming before you register.
